Wonderful Water Day 3

After Gratitude Circle and a Categories game, we started the morning talking about how much of Earth and our bodies are made of water. We also did a quick review of the names of the oceans. Then we started an Ocean Layer poster with organisms specific to each layer of the ocean. We added ocean creatures to the Sunlight and Twilight zones. Then we went to snack, finished their play and went to obstacle course. Next we did a “Bridge Challenge” (using limited popsicle sticks and tape to build a bridge at least 1 foot long that can withstand at least 1 lb of weight for 10 seconds).Then we went to cool off at the creek and played "Eagle Eye" during dismissal.
